The hotel has absolutely fantastic rooms with tea, view on the Rhein plus a comfy bed. The staff are incredibly kind and amazingly nice and deserve a 3-star rating.

The Design Room offers a modern feel with vibrant yellow colors, giving it a unique aesthetic. Large windows provide ample natural light, keeping the atmosphere bright and lively.

The Rooftop bar was closed , disappointing after receiving advertisements about it. The bedding was soft, not to my liking, and I felt the rooms gave a bit of a claustrophobic vibe instead of comfort. Continuous drilling from the restaurant attached, especially during daytime naps.

my stay was great thanks to the vibrant atmosphere and easy walks to attractions like the Holy Name Church and the fine Poppelsdorf Palace, which are just a short stroll away, making it easy to soak in the charm of Bonn while enjoying the beautiful park views nearby.

I had significant trouble . The reception staff were unhelpful. I also found a lack of basic amenities in the room, including a drinking glass, which I had to request multiple times. After such requests, I was frustrated by the inadequate attention given to my needs.
